Nina & Manny

Nina and Manny aren't getting married until next February but we got an early start on their engagement session since they want to use the photos for their save-the-date card. It was sort of a half engagement, half family session since Manny brought his adorable kids along to share in the photo fun. I don't do a ton of family photo shoots. I stick mostly to weddings, but a family this affectionate made my job very easy.

Victoria

Victoria is such an amazing kid. She is so expressive and just a lot of fun to photograph. She loves her dog so we got her in a lot of photos too.

Ella and Owen

Owen and Ella at Seagrove in Del Mar, CA.

I have been busy with a lot of family and portrait shoots the past couple of weeks. Here is one of my favorites! I photographed Ella and Owen's mom when she was pregnant with Ella. I photographed Ella when she was one and when Owen was baptized. It is great to see such a beautiful and happy family grow!

Fun with friends

We took the boys over to our friends house for dinner last night for a night of good food and fun conversation. Right around sunset we walked to a flower field for some photos.

Patrick & Riley

I have know Patrick for a few years now. I met him when he was a chunky, little one year old that loved pureed pears, getting tickles, and his Mommy. Now he has just turned 4 and is growing into a quite a big boy. He called me "Honey" at the photo shoot. "Now Honey, let's go over here so you can take my picture by the car." He is just the cutest thing and so funny! His choice of nicknames made for lots of laughs at the photo shoot.

Although he can be serious kid at times too.

Patrick's Mommy brought along Patrick's little sister, Riley.

She'll be 9 months tomorrow!

Anticipation

Monica was looking absolutely gorgeous in her 9th month of pregnancy. She gave birth to a baby boy just a week after this shot.

Charlie and Claire are the cutest, aren't they?!? Claire goes to school with my son, Connor, and they used to attend a little toddler gym class together. It is such a cliche, but time really flies! Claire, and Charlie too, has gotten so big!
