Nina & Manny

Nina and Manny aren't getting married until next February but we got an early start on their engagement session since they want to use the photos for their save-the-date card. It was sort of a half engagement, half family session since Manny brought his adorable kids along to share in the photo fun. I don't do a ton of family photo shoots. I stick mostly to weddings, but a family this affectionate made my job very easy.

Meghan & Minno

I photographed Meghan's brother's wedding a couple months back, so when Meghan got engaged she call me to take some beachy, organic styled engagement shots of her and her fiance. They will be married in Northern California sometime later this year!

Natalia & Scott

Natalia and Scott both love baseball. Natalia is a Padres fan and Scott roots for the Mariners. Petco Park was a great place for an engagement session, especially this night as both their teams were playing!

I have been photographing a bunch of engagement sessions lately. I am in the full swing of "wedding season" and the spring is a perfect time to do a session especially if you are planing on using the images for save the dates!

I met Tiffany and Desmond at Balboa Park for an engagement session. They looked stunning and very stylish. They were up for anything so we had a great time just roaming the park for different locations. These are some of my favorite images from the day.

Heather & Rob

Heather and Rob are getting married later this year at the Admiral Kidd Club. Between his trips out of the country, Rob was able to squeeze in some time for an engagement session at La Jolla Cove. They are an adorable couple with a lot of obvious love for each other. Here are some of the images from the session.

Engagement Photos!
I really enjoy engagement sessions.
They really give me the chance to get to know the bride and groom before the wedding day. I think the sessions also give couples the chance to get their nervousness out before their wedding and allow for a more relaxed portrait session on the big day.
