Patrick & Riley

I have know Patrick for a few years now. I met him when he was a chunky, little one year old that loved pureed pears, getting tickles, and his Mommy. Now he has just turned 4 and is growing into a quite a big boy. He called me "Honey" at the photo shoot. "Now Honey, let's go over here so you can take my picture by the car." He is just the cutest thing and so funny! His choice of nicknames made for lots of laughs at the photo shoot.

Although he can be serious kid at times too.

Andy from the Bachelor

Remember this guy? He is Andy from the that bachelor show. I am an admitted reality tv junkie, so of course, I recognized him immediately as he ran past me on Friday. I was in La Jolla at the wedding bowl getting ready for an upcoming ceremony and I saw him out of the corner of my eye. I got two shots of him with my camera before he saw me.

Anticipation

Monica was looking absolutely gorgeous in her 9th month of pregnancy. She gave birth to a baby boy just a week after this shot.

Engagement Photos!
I really enjoy engagement sessions.
They really give me the chance to get to know the bride and groom before the wedding day. I think the sessions also give couples the chance to get their nervousness out before their wedding and allow for a more relaxed portrait session on the big day.

Nina and Marc had a gorgeous Jewish ceremony and reception at the El Cortez. It was a beautiful day, especially for winter, and everything ran smoothly.

Charlie and Claire are the cutest, aren't they?!? Claire goes to school with my son, Connor, and they used to attend a little toddler gym class together. It is such a cliche, but time really flies! Claire, and Charlie too, has gotten so big!

Lychee Line

Natalie Parkington was married to her sweetie Aaron, in October 2006, at the gorgeous Rosecroft mansion in Pt. Loma. She had an amazing wedding. You can see it all here. She put so much thought into every detail, much like she does with her line of purses and bags. Natalie is a designer and owns Lychee Line.

Amy & Alberto

Engagement, Downtown San Diego

Amy, Alberto and I met downtown for their engagement session. We had a great time! Amy and Alberto are an amazing couple and Alberto kept Amy smiling and laughing through the whole session. :) I am looking forward to their wedding in November! The wedding and reception will be at Admiral Kidd and I am thrilled that they are having Julie coordinate!!!
